Dinner tonight?

Farmers' Market meal. Broccoli, noodles, garlic, parsley, olive oil, cheese. An old favorite around here. One handful per person ea. of noodles from Ray the Noodle Man & broccoli from Germaine ½ clove garlic pp. Throw chopped broccoli, noodles and minced garlic in to well salted boiling water w/ a pinch of baking soda. Stir, replace lid until pot returns to boil. Cook noodles until al dente check often. Drain, do not rinse. Add chopped parsley from Terra, olive oil twice around the pot and feta cheese from Maid in the Shade. Throw in shrimp, cooked leftover chicken or crawdaddys if you like. *Eat Well*
