Market Offerings for Dec. 30

Burt's Texas Garden: Another year has come and (almost) gone! For the last Wednesday market of 2009, we will have Potatoes, Turnips and Turnip Greens, Mustard Greens, Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Spinach, and Lettuce. In addition, we'll have Dill Pickles, Pickled Beets, Chow-Chow, and Jalapeno Jelly. Please note that Burt's Texas Garden will be taking a little vacation from the market during the month of January, so stop by this week to pick up your canned goods and veggies. We'll see you again in February 2010.

Laverne's Vegetable Patch: Addictive Salsa & Eggs this week.

Munkebo Farm: This week will have cabbage, green onions, escarole, spinach, dandelion greens, artichoke dip, basil walnut pesto, candied nuts, apple pie or berry pie and bread.

Windy Acres Eggs: Joining us from Taylor bringing you and your family all natural, free range eggs from happy, healthy chickens. Outside in the fresh air and sunshine just like God intended. Duck eggs available too. Great for baking.

Kala's Kuisine: A native of Nepal, Kala brings us new varieties of salsas, curries, dips, sauces & chutneys. Also, momos, samosas and salads. Samples available. MANY ARE GLUTEN FREE. This week Kala will also have Tomato-Basil Soup for sale.
